Hey, I’m Kimmers. I’m a middle-aged mom with a young heart and soul who finds herself neglecting her high school sweetheart hubby for hot, passionate erotic(a) reads! My twenty-hour-days consist of operating Kimmers’ Erotic Book Banter blog, working a full-time job and cradling my reading device of choice while sipping a cup of coffee or glass of wine, cuddling up with a snoring pug in my lap and drowning out the masses with blaring music in my earbuds.
My journey into reading LGBTQ romance is multi-layered. I grew up with an avid reading family, each of us known to be reading 3-4 books at a time. When I was a teen my grandma would stealthily pass me her Harlequin’s each week, that I secretly stashed under my mattress and read in the darkness of night, instilling a passion for romance. While in middle school I discovered the Dollanganger series, i.e. Flowers in the Attic where unknowingly a desire for erotic-taboo blossomed. Fast forward to adulthood and devouring J.R. Ward’s Black Dagger Brotherhood series, Qhuinn and Blay’s story in Lover at Last introduced me to male/male protagonist’s. Once there I embarked on my first full-on M/M novel, Grif’s Toy by Joseph Lance Tonlet, and a love affair was born. I have not looked back since!
Founding KEBB has allowed me to share my passion for authors and their hard work with fellow readers and I’m overjoyed to have a team of dedicated individuals excited to walk the journey with me.
GENRES: A good BDSM or Taboo will stop her in her tracks. But, Friends to Lovers, Second Chance and even May/December steal her heart. Who’s she kidding… she loves them all!

Annie
Hey, folks, I’m Annie, a retired psychologist. There’s nothing better than sinking into a romance with a kitty who bats my e-Reader to change the page!
During my career, I was saddened to find clients were often embarrassed mentioning sexual issues. Imagine a day when we ask our dates what they like in bed, as easily as we do about careers or hobbies. Kimmers' Erotic Book Banter allows me to support authors who further our dialogue on the role of intimacy in humanity.
As a reviewer, I want to promote good erotic romance, an art form providing words to normalize the topic. To me, the best erotica demonstrates how to set healthy boundaries and resolve conflicts. A hot love scene serves as backdrop to plot development.
I’m a sucker for flawed characters whose love forces growth. I enjoy authors who spice a tale with good dialect, humor, or philosophy. My highest regard goes to those who educate their readers. And I’d love to see the erotica genre extended to the over-45 set.
GENRES: Enjoys M/M & Ménage, Historical, BDSM, Paranormal, Mystery, or Sci-Fi themes.

Jay
Hey there…I’m Jay, a fifty-ish guy who works for corporate America by day and spends my free time with my partner, Dave, and my two grown sons. We live in upstate NY with our three cats and Dave’s mom, a retired nurse. Sounds pretty normal and boring huh?
Well, maybe not. After twenty plus years together Dave and I have recently made our union official.
I have been a reader all my life focusing primarily on murder, suspense, thrillers until I discovered M/M Romance. While I still pick up a Dean Koontz, Stephen King, or John Saul novel once in awhile I am now hooked (line and sinker) on M/M Romance. Give me a sweet courtship, some angst and lovin to get the heart pounding, and closure (preferably happy) and I am lost to the world created by the talented authors out there.
Typically after the daily chores are done, the boys and Dave are off doing their own thing, and my BFF Monika and I aren’t engaged in a texting marathon, I can be found with my nose in a book. This is my escape and how I unwind from the stress of daily life.
GENRES: Loves a good M/M and a little Ménage or Taboo.

I'm a 40-ish-year-old married Mum from Australia who works full-time in an office and reads part-time… reading almost exclusively smut! I prefer M/M, BDSM, Taboo with strongly defined characters and engaging writing.
I have always been a voracious reader - once surprising my high school teacher with an 8 page book report for the term's English assignment. I happened to be working through the entire Agatha Christie collection at the time and passed the inquisition she gave me into many of the books (to test that I'd read them and wasn't lying!). Even as a twelve-year-old, I would read and re-read the Jean M Auel's Earth Children's series - particularly the sexy parts - and soon discovered young adult books with a sexy undertone.
I moved onto more mainstream books like Stephen King and JRR Tolkien before finding my way back to smut through the usual portal - Fifty Shades of Grey. I'm not ashamed to say so and am so grateful to EL James for leading me back where I belong. I had forgotten the joys of getting turned on while reading and no one around you having any idea what was going on!
Favorite authors include Tiffany Reisz, Christina Lauren, Alice Clayton, Kora Knight and Ella Frank - just to name a few.
GENRES: Loves Taboo, M/M, BDSM-Kinkier the Better, but open to anything!

Tracy
Hey, I’m Tracy!
I’ve been a big reader since I was a little kid and that certainly hasn’t changed as an adult. My mom used to read those old “bodice rippers” and I might have borrowed them a time or two. And there is where I fell in love with romance.
I love the worlds authors create and how invested I get in their characters. Whether it be the elusive happily ever after, or suffering from the “big “ misunderstanding, writers have the power to stir so many different emotions and that’s what I adore about books. The way they make me feel and think.
I’m so happy to have found the M/M community. It’s allowed me to meet some great people and wonderful authors.
Read on!
GENRES: All - But especially BDSM, Mystery/Suspense, College, and Second Chance.

Trio
I’m Trio and I’ve been a fan of dark, erotic romance for as long as I can remember. Nothing’s better than a deeply disturbed protagonist who wreaks havoc and mayhem, and how it affects the other characters. I enjoy a sweet story occasionally too but in the end, my heart belongs to the bad boys.
GENRES: Favorites are M/M and Ménage, BDSM, Mysteries, and Dark Erotica.
