HOT TOPIC: National Coming Out Day - Recommended Reads
Today marks the 28th anniversary of National Coming Out Day which celebrates coming out as lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, or even as an ally.
We here at Kimmers’ Erotic Book Banter are all allies who believe this bravery should be applauded and we hope that one day it will not be necessary. That we will be able to live as who we are and love as we feel, with no statement needed.
Part of the reason we review LGBTQ+ books on our blog is to spread the word of understanding. The more people create awareness and advocate the more empathy those around us will have as to the need for equality. The books our authors write are a very poignant piece of this appreciation.
